You have reached a professional or personal peak as a direct result of one's own efforts. You are realizing some material goal that you have been striving for.
But do keep an eye on your progress now that you have reached a point of momentarily success. Keep in mind that with every high point, follows the danger of a downfall. Do keep regular check points on your progress, so that you minimize the risks of downfalls, or a decline (of any degree).
