Pleasure should not be made a priority, but do not forget what makes you happy. Actively seek pleasures, and become more aware of the obstacles to your own pleasures.
Pleasures come in many forms, not necessarily sexual pleasures, consider also mental, physical, spiritual pleasures. Main concern is to find that balance, and set your priorities and focus right.
