Remembrance - Resurfacing of past feelings and emotions
A week of reflection. Though it's true that all you have is the present, we must not forget that it was our past that brought us to where we are, and where we will be in time to come. We must honour the fact that energetically, our past, present and future are all connected as one entity.
This week, past emotions and feelings are resurfacing from deep within and you may feel like taking an emotional roller coaster ride. Do not fight it, let those feelings surface, and reflect on them. It is important that we honour them regardless your feel good or bad about them, or the outcomes they have brought you. Same for envisioning your future. However, excessive preoccupation on either serves no purpose, but only to rob you from your present moment.

for every experience has helped me expand my understanding of love.
My life is forever unfolding as it should

I honour and respect my feelings and emotions, for they are part of my story
