Time changes, waves come and go. Everyone goes through these changes, didn't you just outshone your predecessor of this spot? You are here today because you are current, and your abilities allow you to manage this well. However, no one stands alone in this world. You have those below you assisting this business you're managing. Without them, you wouldn't have gotten this post this easily. So appreciate your helpers, be it for your career, physically, financially or emotionally. And keep yourself updated of recent activities, skills or knowledge. You'll need it to move up further, these can also help your helpers improve their skill sets, which in turn makes your job easier too. Strike a win-win situation, and everyone is happy.
